I've just received a Rolex back from Duncan and he's done an excellent job again. This is the third or fourth watch Duncan has serviced for me and I will continue to use him. There aren't that many Rolex accredited watch repairers and I prefer to use Duncan than Rolex themselves.

I had my Omega Seamaster Professional serviced 18 months ago, but it developed a fault. I contacted Genisis who asked me to send the watch to them and they would investigate the problem. I posted it on the Monday and recieved it back on the Friday repaired and fully checked over. What an outstanding service very professional.

I had a problem with my Omega Seamaster Automatic watch and I found the service from Genesis absolutely excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company

I was initially nervous sending my Omega Seamaster Quartz to someone I didn't know on the internet, but service and communication were great, better than my local Omega dealer. Thanks very much.

I sent my Omega Speedmaster to Genesis for a service on the recommendation of a number of previous customers. On arrival, Duncan provided me with a full analysis of the watch's performance and recommendations on working required versus that which was recommended, but optional. I opted for a full service, case refurbish and a new crown and crystal. On completion, the watch was returned to me, looking and running at least as well as it came out of Omega's factory and certainly better than I'd ever seen it before. An analysis of the watch's performance post service/rebuild (a service doesn't do the work involved justice) was provided to prove the level of precision Genesis had achieved. Add in the 2 year warranty and the price I paid was excellent value and I will use Genesis again and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone else.

I asked Duncan to repair and refurbish a vintage Omega Seamaster from the 1960's previously belonging to my late grandfather. After around 25 years of being stored in a drawer and looking rather used, a full repair was required. I'm absolutely delighted with the end result. The watch now looks like new and is in full working order. Efficient, professional service and fantastic work - very highly recommended. Thanks again.

I have just had the second of my watches serviced by Genesis. The first was a TAG Heuer S/el that I bought new in 1995 and cherished ever since. Whilst splashing around on the surface of the sea (nowhere near 200 metres below...) off Cape Verde I noticed that water had got into the watch and damaged the face. After extensive research I elected to use Genesis and Duncan returned it to its as new condition, quickly and with very little fuss. A couple of months ago I bought a used TAG Heuer WT111P and wanted to have this serviced before my holiday in December. As it happened the watch suddenly stopped last week so I was prompted to take action. I used Genesis once again for this work. I value Duncan's openness and advice and the speed and quality of his service. Could not recommend more highly.

Just had my Rolex GMT Master II back from Genesis after a small service and bezel replacement. Couldn't be happier with the work that was done, and the communication from Duncan during the process was absolutely superb. I have no doubt that I'll use Genesis again in the future. Many thanks, Tris
