Duncan serviced an Omega Constellation Manhattan (circa 1986) handed down to me from my late father-in-law. It is of huge sentimental value to the family but had lain untouched for several years. Duncan did a superb job, providing a full service and replacing the worn strap. Communication and feedback throughout was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Genesis to others in future.

Genesis serviced my Rolex oyster and were prompt, attentative and professional. Duncan provided detailed and interesting performance data before and after the service to clearly explain the works carried out. The overall experience was excellent and the watch was serviced and returned within a week. I have no hesitation in recommending Genesis and will use them again.

I recently sent my Tag Heuer Monaco to Duncan after I managed to chip the sapphire crystal lens.
From the very beginning Duncan's communication was excellent and he managed to order the new parts over the Xmas period and have the watch back to me early in the new year. Along with the full case refurb I can honestly say my watch looks better than it did when I first bought it.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Genesis and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Duncan is an absolute credit to his profession. Sent in my Omega Seamaster for a repair, turned out it only needed a service. You very quickly learn that you’re dealing with a very honest chap. Super communication and very high quality service. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

My wife's Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date Adjust needed a service badly as the second hand had fallen off.
I was delighted when Duncan, phoned straight away and explained the process. I knew from our initial conversation that the watch would be in safe and efficient hands.
All through the service process, I was kept informed of the processes the watch was going through.
Very fast turn around and when the watch returned, it looked so much better, very fresh looking.
Won't hesitate to send the watch for a service next time.
