I sent my 40 year old Heuer Autavia 11630 to Duncan for a glass replacement and full service. I was delighted by the level of attention and standard of work completed on the watch. Duncan's customer service and communications were also superb.
The watch is now working like a dream and keeping excellent time. I also own another Autavia that was serviced by Duncan 4 years ago and it's still running perfectly!

Battery change and waterproof test on a Tag Heuer f1 chronograph. Quick turnaround,great communication and very well packaged. Nice to receive the old battery/seals/bars.
Very impressed and will be using again for my other watches.

Sent my Tag to Duncan as it was losing time (about 10 mins over 2 weeks! They don,t tell you that when you buy a self winding watch but apparently common) I discussed with Duncan what could be done during a service and he was most informative. Also discussed refurbishment of the case and strap. Again fully explained what was possible. Well, when the watch was returned it looked like new (it is actually 10 years old and had been worn everyday). It was gleaming! If the insides are anything like the outside (and I am sure they are) he has done an excellent job. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending Genesis Watch Making.

Duncan performed a full service, inc. seal and mainspring replacement on my Omega Speedmaster Professional. This was my 1st time using Duncan, but the promptness and detail of his communications suggested a professional with deep knowledge of his subject, which gave me faith in him. I'm happy to say this faith was amply rewarded. I'm delighted with the watch, it has never looked or performed better! Suffice it to say I've already sent Duncan another watch for servicing...

A big thank you to Duncan for a thoroughly customer centric and considered service of my recently acquired Rolex Datejust from 2001 for which I had no service history.
Duncan kept me informed from arrival of the watch, initial tests through to completion of the work. The watch was serviced and case refurbished in two weeks. Returned to me looking brand new.
Old school customer service for a very reasonable price!

Duncan performed a full service and replaced the crown and tube on my 1992 Tag Heuer Chronometer. I found it really informative to see how the performance of the watch had been restored through the data which Duncan supplied. A pleasure to do business with from initial contact right through to delivery. I am more than happy to recommend Duncan and Genesis to potential customers.

Duncan recently serviced my Omega Seamaster Chronometer. He was a pleasure to deal with, answering my questions promptly and comprehensively. His video showing his timing machine was very instructional and reassuring and was also instrumental in my choice of Genesis Watchmaking for servicing my Omega.

When the watch was returned it was like new. It was very well packaged, and turned up exactly when he said it would and cost exactly what he said it would.

I have absolutely no qualms or hesitation recommending Duncan and Genesis Watchmaking for handling the servicing of your precious timepiece and won't think twice about sending it to him next time I need it.

Duncan performed a complete overhaul on my recently purchased 1998 Rolex Datejust 36mm. The watch unfortunately had a common mainplate fault, which appeared to be due to incorrect servicing in the past.

Duncan replaced the worn mainplate, replaced the crown, installed an original sapphire crystal and finished with a complete service on the watch.

Duncan was a pleasure to deal with from the beginning, providing timely responses to questions both via email and telephone, even updating me on progress along the way.

The watch that I received back is as good as new. I am extremely happy with the service that Duncan provided and I look forward to dealing with Duncan again. Thanks!

Having used Duncan at Genesis before I knew he was the man to deal with a somewhat inaccurate and grubby 1968 Omega Chronostop Jumbo Seamaster. As usual communication was excellent with Duncan keeping me updated throughout the process with the sourcing of parts and what was possible.
As ever I was delighted with the results and the watch has a new lease of life. Cheers FIVE STARS!
