l sent my Rolex Oyster Datejust to Duncan for a service, its 30 years old and has been serviced before. l had an e-mail to say it had arrived. The work was completed very promptly, it arrived back looking brand new. After having a vintage Rolex Oyster fully serviced, it now looks great and works perfectly again. I assumed the service and repairs would take longer than they did. In less than three weeks the watch is back on the wrist.
This is the second job Duncan has undertaken for me. Frankly I would not use anyone else. He replaced a centre case on a 1990's Tag F1 and he did a really great job for a reasonable cost. His communication was first class and he did everything in the timescale he estimated. Cant fault his work. Thank You.

Just had my Heuer Carrera Reissue returned after another stellar service experience from Duncan. The second time I've used Genesis and they are my go-to service provider. Turnaround was a week and a half, return packaging was superb with replacement plexi and seals also included. Duncan provides absolute peace of mind which I think is a major concern for a lot of people looking to have their watch serviced. For anyone dithering over where to send their watch, please just package it up and send it to Genesis and be assured that it will be worked on with a proper personal touch that I believe is missing from many of the manufacturer's service centres. Duncan is one of the 'good guys', providing an exemplary professional service and I can't recommend him highly enough.
