Genesis Watchmaking have just serviced my Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean and provided me with an extremely high level of service in terms of both workmanship and communications, a combination which in my experience is truly hard to find these days. Furthermore my watch was returned to me in just 7 days. All emails were responded to promptly and further advice and explanations were provided when necessary. I will certainly be using Genesis again and will take every opportunity to recommend their services in the future.

We've been having a problem with our web server and feedback prior to April 2015 was lost. Subsequently we re-submitted all the comments supplied by customers between July 2014 and April 2015. It is for this reason that the comments preceding this one are all from a similar date and time.

I am very pleased with the results of Duncans work on my omega seamaster professional chrono, the watch is truly like new and there has clearly been a high level of skill and workmanship in this repair. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend his services and genesis watchmaking to anyone Many thanks

My 20 year old quartz Omega is now like new and keeping perfect time. Excellent service. Highly recommended. Total time from sending to return was only two weeks for quartz.

Very pleased with the service of my Omega Seamaster Professional. Duncan was helpful and informative and the work done has rejuvenated the watch (which has had a rough life). I have also learned patience during the 6 month lead time. Plan ahead!

Duncan recently gave my tag heuer chronograph a full service, repair and refurbishment and from start to finish the service and communication from Duncan were second to none, I wont hesitate to use Duncan again in the future. Highly recommended.

After Omega wanted nearly £400 to repair my 26 year old Seamaster watch, my brother recommended Genesis after he had had the same problem with Omega over repairs to a Speedmaster. Duncan charged £175 and as others have suggested, his customer service is excellent. From start to finish, the process took three weeks. Highly recommended.

A work colleague recommended Genesis Watchmaking to service my watches and repair an old Rolex I had. Usually I have left the watches at a shop and few weeks later picked them up with little information in between and no details about the service. The old Rolex, that had been worn for over forty years by my father before he died, had been condemned as unrepairable by all the Rolex shops I had been too. It was really good to be able to talk and communicate with the actual technician who was doing the work and discuss the options and hear his recommendations. I have had a ladies Rolex Datejust and a vintage mens Rolex Datejust serviced and refurbished by Duncan and they have come back looking like new and all within a few days. The old Rolex that was unrepairable by all the other Rolex agents, Duncan was able to make it work, it does have to be handled gently, but I can wear it on family occasions which is fantastic. I cannot praise Duncan enough for his technical knowledge and the excellent communication and service that he provides. I would recommend Genesis Watchmaking as the only place to send a watch you care about for repair or servicing. Many thanks Duncan

My TAG 2000 Professional is 35 years old and after a full service and glass replacement by Duncan looks brand new. The screwdown crown and bezel had become stiff and difficult to use but now work just as they did when I first bought the watch. Duncan's customer service is first rate with clear and prompt answers to any questions. Highly recommended. Great job, thanks!

Just received my Omega Seamaster back after service and must compliment Genesis on the excellent service and communication from the time it was sent until it's return, which was just over two weeks, it arrived back via Royal Mail special delivery, very well packed, with the old replaced parts in a bag and my two year warranty, including a nice little Genesis watch bag, the before and after data sheet was well explained and very interesting, I'll have no hesitation in using Genesis in the future.
