Omega Seamaster Americas Cup Service and refurbishment of case and bracelet - now good as new. The procedure was explained by Duncan before and during the service, and the whole thing turned around in about two weeks. Great technical and customer service from Genesis.

Just received my omega seamaster chrono diver fron a service and refurbishment. Well what can I say? Has gained 2secs in 3 days WOW better than when it was new. After being told it could not be put back to stock condition (as there were deep scratches ) Its not far off!! Well done all involved and many thanks.

Zenith Defy Classic. My first watch serviced by Duncan, and it will not be the last. Exemplary communication meant the watch was with Genesis for the minimum time (rather than sat in a drawer for six months prior to work being carried out). I am delighted with the job done, safe and secure return, perfect!
Duncan has serviced a number of my beloved vintage Rolex and Tudor watches. I wouldn't trust them to anyone else frankly, his knowledge, practical skills and communication are second to none. I rate Duncan more highly than the Rolex service centre themselves.
I've just received a Rolex back from Duncan and he's done an excellent job again. This is the third or fourth watch Duncan has serviced for me and I will continue to use him. There aren't that many Rolex accredited watch repairers and I prefer to use Duncan than Rolex themselves.
I had my Omega Seamaster Professional serviced 18 months ago, but it developed a fault. I contacted Genisis who asked me to send the watch to them and they would investigate the problem. I posted it on the Monday and recieved it back on the Friday repaired and fully checked over. What an outstanding service very professional.
