I recently sent my 2013 Tag Heur Carrera to Duncan.

It had a damaged sapphire screen, very worn bezel, poor time keeping and very scratched bracelet.

2 weeks later and with some workmanship I don't recognise this watch! It's look so new that even after a week I still can't believe it!

I received regular updates, a detailed receipt and also sent back well packaged and protected.

All at a reasonable price v a high street dealer!

I found references to Duncan on watch blogs and emailed him regarding my analogue sixteen year old Omega Seamaster. He quoted and I was happy with the price but was due to go on holiday, so was unsure whether to send the watch or wait. I sent the watch and Duncan pulled out all the stops to get it back to me before I left. The watch came back in factory condition. Even the bezel that I had not turned for years works and he has repainted the top of the second hand. I am very happy and can only thank Duncan for the excellent service from start to finish. This is good old fashioned customer orientated service, far and beyond what many companies give today. Many thanks!

Superb and professional service from start to finish.
I even recieved the old parts from my Omega,including one cracked gearwheel which was half the size of a pin head.
Fantastic communication from Duncan.
I can recommend this company to anyone who needs top class work at a very good price.

I'm sitting here in awe at the fantastic job you've done of repairing and servicing my 50+ years old Rolex Datejust. As you know its a very very special heirloom and 2 weeks ago I was faced with the prospect of it being retired to a drawer beyond repair. Now that you've worked your magic on it, its keeping perfect time and looks amazing. I've also added the new bracelet bought direct from Rolex HQ.
I'm so happy I can continue to enjoy for a few more years. Thank you so much for your hard work. One very happy customer. And yes you can quote me on any or all of the above!!!

Thanks to Duncan for a job well done - as always.

I sent my Sea Master Pro Chrono (2599.80.00) to Genesis - it had ensured a lot prior to my purchasing the piece, and was running significantly out of spec.

Duncan performed a full service, re-seal, and re-coloured the hands.

Currently running at -1 second per day - outstanding !

Hi Duncan, just a short message and some feedback about my Omega Seamaster Mid-size chronometer's recent service and repair with yourself. There were some major issues with the bracelet, pins had worn and the clasp had broken. You manufactured and fitted parts (which was extremely fiddly) at a ridiculously low price considering the work involved. The end result was a stunning almost factory fresh looking bracelet. The watches timekeeping was terrible prior to it's service and the very clever equipment you use showed how a chronometer should now behave post service. I don't think I could have been more happier with the care and attention to detail you showed and at such reasonable cost. Amazing packaging, great comms, an outstanding level of customer service and a superb thorough service at an incredibly reasonable cost - what's not to like? Will be sending my Moon Watch to you at some point although it's not been used and abused like the Seamaster! Thanks once again, Jon.

My Tag Hueur Professional 2000 was bought just ahead of my first big trip overseas to Pakistan and India in 1991 and had been on my wrist pretty much everyday since then, close to 25 years! After its last 'so called' service and battery replacement about 18 months ago it started to show beads of condensation in the glass and the bezel ratchet had become loose. The watch also stopped and there was discolouration appearing on the hands. I searched the web for the address of the previous service agent and came up with a long set of forum posts criticising this individual. Given the attachment I have to the watch, we've been on so many adventures together, I contacted Duncan instead, who had been warmly recommended on that same forum. The watch needed a lot of work as a result of the previous shody workmanship, but Duncan provided imaculate service with great communication throughout. I was delighted when the watch was returned, working perfectly and looking great. He even returned all the replaced parts to demonstrate the damage and the pressure test reading to show the sealing work was done correctly this time! I would recommend Duncan 110% and will certainly use him for future work.

Thanks Duncan and all at Genesis for the excellent work carried out on my Tag Aquaracer, the bracelet looks like new and it is nice to receive the the old seals and battery to show the work has been completed.

Did a fantastic job on servicing and repairing my 50 yr old 9ct gold Marvin. Moisture had got in, dial was damaged. Local jewlers could not offer a satisfactory repair. Genesis have returned it in NEW condition.
Cannot recommend them highly enough.
