After 10 years of daily wear I finally decided to have my TAG Aquaracer serviced as it looked tatty and had a rattling bearing. The watch now looks like new and keeps time as it did when it left the factory. I will recommend your services as I couldn't fault the service and attention to detail. What a refreshing change... a watchmaker with a true grasp of customer service, efficiency, quality workmanship and most importantly integrity with regards to their warranty cards. My Rolex 1550 had previously been restored at Genesis and was covered by the 2 year warranty period by a couple months. It started running a little slow. I contacted Duncan on Friday and received a nearly instant response. Watch was sent off the same day and delivered to Genesis on Monday. Within hours the fault had been corrected. This was followed by a professional email response, including detailed graphs showing before and after timing and a video explanation! The watch was back on my wrist by Wednesday afternoon and is running spot on. (Less than 2 day turnaround! delivered as I requested). In many years of dealing with watchmakers (perhaps I have just been unlucky) this is by far the best experience. Therefore, I can't recommend Genesis highly enough. This appears to be a small business that is going the extra mile to deliver a superior (and cheaper!) alternative to sending your prized watches to manufacturer service points. Genesis Watchmaking have just serviced my Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean and provided me with an extremely high level of service in terms of both workmanship and communications, a combination which in my experience is truly hard to find these days. Furthermore my watch was returned to me in just 7 days. All emails were responded to promptly and further advice and explanations were provided when necessary. I will certainly be using Genesis again and will take every opportunity to recommend their services in the future.
