Duncan performed a complete overhaul on my recently purchased 1998 Rolex Datejust 36mm. The watch unfortunately had a common mainplate fault, which appeared to be due to incorrect servicing in the past.

Duncan replaced the worn mainplate, replaced the crown, installed an original sapphire crystal and finished with a complete service on the watch.

Duncan was a pleasure to deal with from the beginning, providing timely responses to questions both via email and telephone, even updating me on progress along the way.

The watch that I received back is as good as new. I am extremely happy with the service that Duncan provided and I look forward to dealing with Duncan again. Thanks!

Having used Duncan at Genesis before I knew he was the man to deal with a somewhat inaccurate and grubby 1968 Omega Chronostop Jumbo Seamaster. As usual communication was excellent with Duncan keeping me updated throughout the process with the sourcing of parts and what was possible.
As ever I was delighted with the results and the watch has a new lease of life. Cheers FIVE STARS!

Duncan replaced the battery and undertook a full service on my TAG watch. Communication, skill and care all excellent. I couldn't recommend him enough. Thanks

Excellent and professional service from Duncan in resurrecting my 51 year old Omega Speedmaster. Kept well informed at all stages of the job with reports and explanations given as and when required. Watch received back at time and date advised and well packaged for safety and security.

Received my Omega Seamaster back from Duncan this morning. A couple of weeks ago I managed to snap off and lose the crown to the Helium Escape Valve. I emailed Duncan and he called me back the next day explaining the work involved and the likley cost. Duncan serviced my watch for me at the same time. Bearing in mind the amount of work involved I really can't believe how resonable his costs are. Thank you Duncan for a magnificent job. It's great to have my watch back in fully working order. I'm chuffed to bits!

I recently sent my 2013 Tag Heur Carrera to Duncan.

It had a damaged sapphire screen, very worn bezel, poor time keeping and very scratched bracelet.

2 weeks later and with some workmanship I don't recognise this watch! It's look so new that even after a week I still can't believe it!

I received regular updates, a detailed receipt and also sent back well packaged and protected.

All at a reasonable price v a high street dealer!

I found references to Duncan on watch blogs and emailed him regarding my analogue sixteen year old Omega Seamaster. He quoted and I was happy with the price but was due to go on holiday, so was unsure whether to send the watch or wait. I sent the watch and Duncan pulled out all the stops to get it back to me before I left. The watch came back in factory condition. Even the bezel that I had not turned for years works and he has repainted the top of the second hand. I am very happy and can only thank Duncan for the excellent service from start to finish. This is good old fashioned customer orientated service, far and beyond what many companies give today. Many thanks!
